History: Samuel bought his first Property as an investment (aged 23) while studying at University (in 2008). Since meeting Milly, the couple have purchased various buy-to-lets in 4 different cities and 2 countries.

Milly Successfully left her day job in 2018. In 2020, the couple decided to focus more on the family 5 year plan to get Samuel away from his day job. This started a project that went from 6 months of market research across the UK and ended in their largest (198m2) and most successful project to date, with a 48% ROI.

Samuel has worked with Susannah Cole, going through a years mentoring and now is benefiting from the experience of Mike Clay as his property & business mentor today.

Milly runs the creative side of the business, ensuring we deliver magazine designs with a quality not compromised by cost.

Samuel’s experience is focused on running and improving complex operations, from Amazon to start-ups such as Bird and Zapp.
